Performances
At Fyling Hall, performance is a vital part of the Drama curriculum and all pupils are encouraged to take part in regular evening show backs and larger performance events. The whole of Key Stage Three takes part in local arts competition, the Eskdale Festival, where the school has won in the Group Drama and Shakespeare Solo classes for last two years. For the second year our outstanding pupils were also asked to appear at the “Best of the Festival” concert, where their work was showcased for an audience of 1000.
School shows are popular events, the Junior School recently performed their own all singing, all dancing version of Macbeth. Recent Senior School productions include ‘Grease’ and ‘Annie’.
