On a cold, autumn afternoon, our Fyling Hall senior rugby team played well and should be proud of their efforts. Congratulations to Scarborough College with today’s match resulting in 34-12 to Scarborough College.
After a slow start from Fyling Hall we were down 19-0 midway through the first half. A resurgence brought the game closer without a change of score up to the break. Coming out of the blocks fast in the second half Declan scored a crafty try to bring the scores closer. After trading tries to bring the game to 29-12 Scarborough scored a late runaway try. Standout performances from Manfred, Christian and Declan. Again, all the boys played well and should be proud of their efforts on this cold, autumn afternoon of rugby.
