Our pupils have the opportunity to try a wide range of sports, and our small size means that keen young sportsmen and sportswomen who might not be selected for outside competition in a larger establishment have more chance here of experiencing the thrill and honour of representing their school.

We train hard, we play well – and we win. Even though we regularly compete against sides from schools twice and more our size, our commitment, determination and team spirit have earned us a ‘David and Goliath’ reputation for victories against the odds. The record of our sporting results below shows just what we achieve.

We are also proud that so many of our pupils are selected to represent District and County. Perhaps it isn't surprising that some of our Old Boys and Girls have gone on to make sport their profession.
